About my practice

I created my practice with the goal of helping people to realize their potential and to provide the opportunities to lead fully rewarding and productive lives.

In my practice I see clients individually including adults, adolescents, children, and also as couples and families.

Coaching is about facilitating your growth and capacity to make desired and positive changes in your personal, professional or academic lives.  With coaching support, you may identify for yourself some options and new directions that maximize your ability to achieve your goals, dreams and a way of life that is in accordance with your core values.

Counseling supports you as you work to resolve emotional issues from the past and address other kinds of life problems that may be preventing you from moving forward in life.  Salem Coaching and Counseling will provide you with the care and safe space necessary for doing important inner work.  As in coaching, you may identify for yourself new options and directions that optimize your ability to create a life in which you experience personal realization and peace of mind.
